Today’s challenge will test your mental and physical strength!
Many people will look at what is entailed in today’s Tuesday Challenge and will think it’s too hard so they won’t do it.
Are you really that lazy that you can’t complete a 10-15 minute workout?
We have to become a society of mentally strong people!
Think about your children! Our society now teaches that everyone gets a prize and everyone wins. I call out BULL CRAP! When you get into the real world there is always a winner and a loser.
We all will face challenges but what you do with that challenge will determine your path in life!
Be strong today! Be an example for your children! Take this challenge on and I guarantee you will feel so much better once you do!
Today’s Tuesday Challenge is all about keeping your core tight and strengthening the arms.
These three of four movements, push ups, dips, and mtn. climbers, are all movements that strengthen your arms while tightening your core!
Most people lose their focus and round out there back making the movement easier on their arms but they sacrifice good technique. It is essential to keep the technique sound and to focus on always keeping your core tight.
Watch the video below where I show you have to perform each movement perfectly with sound technique while engaging the core. I also have showed you modifications to every movement so that if you haven’t worked out in awhile, you can still get this DONE!

These challenges are suppose to be difficult and challenge you to do them on your own!
Most of these challenges you can do in the your own house or some may need a little bit of equipment, but either way GET THESE DONE AND DO THEM!
You have no excuse not too as they last less than 10 minutes!

It’s yet again time for another Tuesday’s Challenge!
Before we begin, make sure when you read about this week’s Tuesday’s Challenge, you go through it yourself and post up your results in the comments below or on my Facebook Fan Page!
Now, this one was an absolute KILLER… I hope you’re ready because this one crushed me.
If you haven’t noticed yet, I’ve been designing these challenges in such a way so EVERYONE has a chance to do them… You don’t need any real fancy equipment other than your bodyweight as of yet.
Now, before we go any further, let me break down how this week’s CHALLENGE goes down…
It consists of 3 quick rounds of 15 Jump Squats, 20 Dips, and 25ea. Grasshoppers. If any of these movements are too challenging the modified version of them are just 15 Squats (no jump), 20 Dips with a bend in your knees, and 25ea. Cross body Mtn. Climbers or just regular Mtn. Climbers.

IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN!
It’s Tuesday Challenge #2!
This Tuesday Challenge was a tough one. It involved a very complex dumbbell movement the SQUAT CLEAN AND PRESS coupled with the most basic of all exercises the BURPEE.
This was a great matching of two exercises that will for sure have you gasping for air when it is all said and done.
This week’s Challenge:
E.M.O.T.M (every minute on the minute) for 6 mins complete
– 5 Squat Clean and Press
– 5 Burpees
Whatever time you have left after you complete both of these exercises, is your rest for the remainder of that minute. At the top of every minute, you must start over again with 5 squat clean and presses.
